Bay Head Surf Guide
Bay Head in New Jersey is an exposed beach/Jetty break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds are from the west. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the optimum swell angle is from the southeast. The beach breaks favour rights. Best around mid tide when the tide is rising. When it's working here, it can get crowded. Watch out for dangerous rips.
