East Beach Surf Guide
East Beach in North Coast of Tasmania is an exposed beach break that does not work very often. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds blow from the south southeast. Still reasonable in light onshore winds Usually gets local windswells, but groundswells do happen and the best wave direction is from the north. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Rarely crowded here.
