Lighthouse Surf Guide
Lighthouse in North Florida is a reasonably exposed sandbar break that has pretty consitent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the west southwest. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the optimum swell angle is from the east. Good surf at all stages of the tide. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. Beware of - Rips / undertow - Man-made danger (buoys etc.).
