Morfa Bychan Surf Guide
Morfa Bychan in Mid Wales is a fairly exposed beach break that has unreliable waves. Winter and spring are the best times of year to visit. Offshore winds blow from the east southeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights and there is a left hand point break too. Best around mid tide. Submerged rocks are a hazard.
