Plage Mordjane or Kala in Algeria - North Coast is an exposed beach break that has consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Works best in offshore winds from the south with some shelter here from west winds. Able to handle light onshore wind Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the north. Waves at the beach are both lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. An uncrowded break, even when it is working. The water quality here is rather suspect.
