Rolling Stones Surf Guide
Rolling Stones in Mahia is a quite exposed reef break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the north northwest. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the south. There is a right hand reef break. Best around mid tide when the tide is rising. It's sometimes crowded here. Beware of rocks and locals.
