Seven Mile Beach and Point Surf Guide
Seven Mile Beach and Point on the East Coast is a reasonably exposed point break that does not work very often. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the west. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the best swell direction is from the south. It's sometimes crowded here. Be wary of rips - they make surfing here dangerous.
