Ovahe Surf Guide
Ovahe on the North Coast is a sheltered beach break that does not work very often. Summer offers the optimum conditions for surfing. Offshore winds blow from the southwest. Clean groundswells prevail and the ideal swell direction is from the northwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Be wary of rips - they make surfing here dangerous.
